gpt-image2.im is an online AI-powered service for creating and editing images from text prompts and optional reference images. Features may include generation history, downloadable results, credits, subscriptions, and API access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

To use paid features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gpt-image2.im of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Free Trial and Credits

The service may offer starter or promotional credits. Credits are consumed according to the generation cost shown in the image studio. Subscription credits renew according to the applicable billing cycle, while one-time credit packs expire according to the terms displayed at purchase. Credits and promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload images that infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to circumvent credit, usage, rate, or access limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use automated scripts or bots beyond the limits of your plan or API access.
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or non-consensual content.

Your Content and Generated Results

You retain any rights you hold in prompts and reference images you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, and store that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of generated results do not violate any law or another person's rights.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance through trusted third-party processors. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Intellectual Property

The service, its branding, website design, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or third-party AI models.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create unacceptable content, evade usage limits, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated results will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from resemblance to existing content. The service may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
